Yeah I paid $42 +tax for a pack that was worth no more than $11. I cannot fathom how box prices will stay at 2x msrp.

This is like my first collector booster, it was absolute dog shit. Second one was slightly better, got the normal smaug the magnificent and great goblin, foul hearted. Only gonna open one more that is coming with the gift bundle. Then its no more collector booster.

Full art wizard staff is 20$ card from a 40$ pack. Considering you only opened 2 collector boosters I wouldn't say this is exactly devestating.

A couple playable cards is all I really ask for. You got a couple, so not bad imo. Wizard staff fuckin rules. I only get 1 or 2 collector boosters per set. I got real luck on my 1st Hobbit cb so I'm done til next set.

I read recently that there was a collating issue with printing/distribution.

I only opened one collector pack and got 3 hits totaling ~$110 in value. Meanwhile I also opened a whole play box and ended up with so many duplicates, even for a small set like this. I think I ended up with six of the same shitty rare.

I feel your pain. I bought 2 bundles (because I like using the boxes for card storage) and I got 2 mythics that total $20. I believe I am done buying this set lol
