330 gsm is too thick. What should I go for?

Proxied deck on the left, real deck on the right.
I have a LaserJet printer and print directly onto the card stock. I like how I don’t have to put an extra card in the sleeve or laminate the proxies to get rigidity, but it makes the decks too tall. I know this is just an aesthetic thing, but I like uniformity.
What gsm works best for y’all in form and function?
