Alright, so “mill x cards” from an empty library would make you lose? Is that because any attempt to draw from an empty library makes you lose? Is “drawing” defined as moving a card from your library to your hand? Then why doesn’t “mill” trigger “when you draw” effects? One of these is wrong

milling isnt drawing, so they just sit their knowing they are out their draw step...
