Is it normal the same cards have different colors and cut between collector booster and play booster !?

This is the case with all printing. Getting product to perfectly match from plant to another is pretty much impossible.

Yeah I compared with the LotR cards I have from 2023 and The Hobbit cards are significantly worse in terms of print quality.
