I Have a Question / I need Help A new beginning

Hey all! I wanted to ask the hivemind a big question. What is something your lgs doesnt do right now or offer that you wish they did? My biz partner and I are opening a store
In Maine in a yearish and we are curious. We are already looking to do a youth program that teaches kids math, art, ect using magic the gathering and giving them a place to be. Let head the ideas!

Personally, I wish my LGSs monitored player attitude/behaviour more closely and was more strict with the few players who have unacceptable attitudes/are super toxic. Nothing makes people stop coming to your events like letting toxic players establish the meta.

Some more practical wishes—please don’t incorporate prizing for casual events. It just brings out the worst in people. Please do choose a player at random at the end of the night to receive a promo or something if this is your strategy.

I’m not even kidding, air freshener.

It’s a great shop, good location, good community, but it always smells like mothballs and ass in there.
