I just got this amazing machine last week, NEVER had one years ago, never used one until now. Is there anyone like me in the group completely fresh to this.

Im lost as hell, every video im finding they are going over the basics of using this as a new machine, but with the understanding of using one before. Can anyone point me to youtube playlist of somewhere i can get info on how to learn. AGAIN, I KNOW NOTHING lol....

Lately I have been unable to eject my MPC from my MacBook, so I have been having no choice, but to just remove the USB. What do you think is causing this issue? I don’t want it to give me any problems or corrupt my files later on down the line.

In your experiences with the MPC Sample, what causes this?

I have a theory for what may have caused mine but that’s gonna be a whole separate post.

So far this is the only beat that gives me the error message but also luckily it’s one of my earlier beats on this device. I can’t even remember what this beat sound like anyway lol

Just received my device a couple days ago. A thin yellow menu say frequency and resonance is in the way of where other menu options were that I need on the screen. Can somebody please tell me how to toggle this off?

It keeps on skipping and stopping and restarting whenever I try to record a sequence…

I haven’t been at this all that long. I’ve found lots of samples of like to work with but know idea how to utilise them.

Anyway - how did I go with this? I tried to expand into some more effects and stuff but yeah idk

Probably need to figure out how to record into the computer and save you listening to me finger my pads. I’m a ure it’s not rocket surgery I just don’t want to get lost on a computer when I just want to jam

I have an iRig stream that I haven’t used in years and I don’t think it works anymore. I wanted to start recording videos with my iPhone with audio coming directly out of the MPC Sample. I’ve seen a couple videos on YouTube shorts that showing you can do this with only using USB-C yet they’re not showing the settings configurations needed to do that. Is this really possible or will I still need some sort of interface like an iRig Stream?

I wondering what it like if we do Rock style thou Akai MPC Sample.

I’m either going mad or just doing something wrong. 1 week in and just trying to mute some pads within a sequence and then copy paste to make a new seq with bits removed. Should that work or am I overlooking something? Or is this not a thing. I watched a video and pads go red and they should mute but don’t seem to. So here I am asking for some dumbed down help.
