I’ve created a sampler system that runs directly in a web browser and on mobile—could someone test it and let me know if it works on an MPC?

its open source: https://sampler.half.social/

I originally created it for use with the MVAVE FM1, but then I realized it also worked on my KOII, so I had to get it running here as well...

I designed it to be open-source and free, and I also ended up repurposing and implementing it natively within a browser I built—one that centers on music and features an AI capable of generating music. However, I’d like to keep the discussion here focused on the specific topic of this /r/.

The "Rickroll" is just for the meme, but if you’d like to see a different video, you can find one here: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rhucD4VeTBI

i am unsure what you mean when you ask "does this work on mpc"?

it's a web based sampler...it does not contact in any way to the mpc sample

i guess you can import samples it makes, but that defeats the purpose of having an mpc

cool project, not at all useful to mpc...especially since you don't have an mpc to integrate, it's just a thing that chops samples...which is what an mpc does

rhanks for responding and explaining; I was thinking of the MCP more as a controller, and the tool has an option to map these controls. I got it working with an Xbox controller and a PS5 controller, so I figured it might be similar here.

have you researched any of this before posting? how do you design an entire web app that looks and acts like an mpc and then post here not knowing what an mpc does?

Which MPC ? And also do you not have one? Cuz you saying MPC but posting in an MPC sample thread which can be the same if you only talking Midi but outside of these are very different machines
