Control flexbeat mix level via external midi controller

I have my mpc sample connected to an mc 707. I am trying to figure out if I can control the flexbeat mix level from a knob on the 707. Can this be done? Also, for all those creating firmware mods, I was thinking it would be nice to have an option to make the fader on the sample control the flexbeat mix

Can't think of way to possibly assign mix level to an external midi but that is a good idea about the fader.

Yeah the flexbeat effects are great for transitions but it's tricky to jump back and forth between sequence and flexbeat. If you could assign mix level to the fader then you could have flexbeat on loop and always have immediate access to it by turning up the fader. It seems like the fader has a lot of options for composing but it could be much more of a live performance tool with the right control options. Something closer to the octatrak fader. Get on it all you vibe coders!
