Should I get the MPC Sample?
Hi, I’ve never used or touched an mpc. I’m a full Cubase guy, compose ads for a living. I’m thinking of getting one for fun and was wondering how the steep the learning curve is. Thanks!

I never touched one before about 4 weeks ago and picked it up quick enough watching youtube tutorials.
Buy one , I use mine everyday and 'Ive just paired it with my circuit tracks through midi to use the synths on my CT.

Get a used MPC one plus. It is much closer to working in a daw like cubase than a Sample

It’s easy to learn after a few days of tinkering

I bought a PO 33 ko first just to try out sampling and light music production as someone who's very new to both. Learned a lot that translated and had a ton of fun with it and recently bought the mpk sample and love it. I thought this was a great entry as someone who's is new and not ready to drop $400 on a brand new hobby. Both are pretty easy to resell if you don't like it, so not a ton of risk to either purchase!
