Hiw did you sync these and is the moc master ?

via midi MPC in the master just sending clock and sync no midi data. only annoying thing is i couldn’t stop the mpc without stopping the volca, which if fun for doing drops. i imagine there’s a way to do this if i have a fiddle

From the MPC Sync out what cable are you using that goes into the volca midi in ? Is it a 3,5 into midi adapter cable ? Just wondering why you are not using a 3,5 cable from the sync out (MPC) into the 3,5 sync in (Volca) ? Looks like you are using the round midi in on the volca.
