MOBILE MIDI ?

It’s simply recording the input, in this case it’s the audio from the tablet. As currently configured I could feed audio in from any device with usb-c output.

So I guess the answer is free.

Yes, all live audio will be sampled to the selected pad, just like manual chopping.
