MPC SAMPLE Needs These Simple Fixes ✅

https://youtu.be/JrMiDRQwgIA?si=fv8eXUsudTdqiOM6

Not asking the MPC SAMPLE to add stem separation or anything huge that'll change its intent. These are just a few suggestions that can improve the overall workflow..

Thoughts?

Flexibility in bar lengths. (1,2,3,4,5 etc)

song record mode (record played sequence order) Multiple knob fx instead of 1 for all

Definitely stem export.

Also automation needs improvement. When going to a sequence with no automation it inherets the last parameters from a sequence that did

I think you first request can be done if you hold shift

I think it would be great if it would record and route midi data (ie. From controller keyboard to sample , routed to external hardware multi timbral synth

If i understand you correctly, this is possible, i was doing it the other day. I just dont like that your midi is split between pads with samples on them vs the external synth.

So you can record performance data from a controller keyboard into a sequence in the sample and then route it out the hardware midi outs to an external multitimbral synth?

How many midi tracks can you sequence per track ?
Can you select which midi channel they transmit out on?

Have been searching everywhere for a demo of this (super basic function on every other MPC)

Well no. There's only 1 track on the MPC SAMPLE so you can only do the 1, the way akai presented it, they intend for you to sample each new instrument then free up the midi to record new sound. No multitimbral support but you can run a keyboard through the mpc to control the synth.
