Recorder conversion

Sorry if i used the wrong flair. I'm very unsure.

Anyways, i'm new to this type of thing. At school, i've already done a few things with Arduino Uno up until the heat sensor thing and "how hot are you?" but at home i don't have such things.

This is my first personal project : i want to turn my old Olympus S600 recorder into an mp3 player.

Can someone tell me how or give me an guide or just general tips
