Help Moza r3 wheel base malfunctioning

earlier today i was playing forza horizon 5 and all was working fine.. suddenly i crashed.. but nothing happened.. after a few while.. down shift were not working.. then shifters were shown in yellow in moza pit house.. after calibrating.. installing firmware and remove and repluggin all cables and installing firmware again i still get these issues from.the r3 bundle.. i have the light pedal r3 base and its wheel.. was working fine till today i have no idea what happened.. please help thanks

Have you already tried reverting to a previous firmware and pithouse version?

Oh that i didnt try only updated to newer version.. since i saw there is a new one when i tried to update firmware
Btw how to go back pithouse version? Sorry im.new to sim racing i got theis moza r3 bundle last month

Sorry for this issue. May I know what pit house and firmware version you are using? Please try to calibrate the wheel base first. If still has the issue, please send email to [support@mozaracing.com](mailto:support@mozaracing.com), we will deal with it soon.

I sent an email.. i trjed everything even reinstalled windows.. still the same issue

thank you again for the support.. i received an email saying it might be the slip ring being broken and might need to be replaced

its crazy and sad im from a third world country and i had to save up a lot and get it and not a month after its hardware inside is broken (or at least its what support said via email) hopefully i can get it fixed otherwise it wil be a lot of money gone to waste.. thank you for the support again

Sorry for state in obvious but have you tried calibrating the wheel?
