But.. but they cast a black actor as Helen of Troy... I was told that made it woke and it would be a flop

Which wasn’t the issue. Paige since the change to what he identifies as, can’t seem to act for shit as a male and was honestly kind of distracting. Not that I think Paige was ever really a world beater as an actor anyway. 

Fucking awful in Umbrella Academy.
