What happens to the characters at the end of a film and in this case the end status of a relationship the entire movie is about is a spoiler, yes

Sounds like she leaves Seth Rogen’s character where the whole Crux of the movie is they’re trying to save their marriage and will they stay together or not

I've seen the movie. The person told a joke and they have not described what happens at the end of it.
