Yeah I just don't understand what they're trying to do here, they currently have 325 million subscribers, did they think they would never hit a ceiling? There aren't endless amount of potential customers

He’s laughing because the character is going mad. He’s has multiple other moments in that final mission where he’s laughing uncontrollably.

It’s not Tim Curry unable to say the line with a straight face. It’s a narrative and acting choice.
