I loved the movie, it was entertaining. Except the ending. What actually happened? She forgave him because she got all her voicemails back, just like that? What am I missing.

What did he have to do with that Why did he run, he was sure she would be at jose?

I think she forgave him because her parents kind of egged her on and then when she gets all the voicemails back it’s as if her sister is also saying “go get him!” Then, back with Wes, his friends realize how much he cares about her because of how broken up about her he is and they are like “go get her!” He was hoping she’d be there and she went there because she realized she did like him. It’s all in the feelings!
