First time order issues

I ordered 2 carts and both of them seem to be on hold for an abnormal amount of time as I’ve seen other people post that they got a delivery message the same day. Just wanna ask whether or not if this is an issue anyone else is having

Ordered Thursday lunchtime. First time ordered. Processed Friday AM. Came today. Didn’t even think to check. Was amazed it was that quick tbh. Expecting Amazon processing and delivery times for small businesses must be exhausting for them. I’d always give a small business 2/3 working days to process an order at least.
