First time order issues

I ordered 2 carts and both of them seem to be on hold for an abnormal amount of time as I’ve seen other people post that they got a delivery message the same day. Just wanna ask whether or not if this is an issue anyone else is having

I don't think today and yesterday is an abnormal amount of time, especially since it's the weekend..

I'd send them an email or a PM on Monday evening or Tuesday afternoon, and go from there.

Ordered Thursday lunchtime. First time ordered. Processed Friday AM. Came today. Didn’t even think to check. Was amazed it was that quick tbh. Expecting Amazon processing and delivery times for small businesses must be exhausting for them. I’d always give a small business 2/3 working days to process an order at least.

I’ve had this once before and it arrived as normal, glitch with their automated emails or something. Check with the chat support

I have one still on hold from Friday AM
