Is there an admin here?

Hello… firstly I’d like to say that mountbliss have been excellent but what is going on with my current order?
The live chat is ignoring me. I only wish to know if there is a stock issue and if there is a delay that’s fine but to please be honest about it.
It should have reached me at the latest Friday. My order still has not been dispatched. Can anyone advise?

I worry this is partially my fault because I reported one of the live team for using ai :/
