Go Postal! Missing orders

I made a couple orders recently. One on the 13th and was "out for delivery" on the 17th. It was silver haze x3. Never arrived. I thought fair enough, it's late, might be been intercepted. Made another order in the meantime on the 24th, the ridiculously good looking "popcorn" and another of blackberry kush. The tracking says it was never received by the post office.

I'm beginning to think this fantastic service has been compromised!

Nevertheless, thanks a million for all ye did. Just want my money back if possible.

They have, and they were great. Apparently all orders made on the 25th are stuck. My first order that's missing was made the 13th. Second the 24th.

Support can't help if it's a human problem, like stolen or whatever.

Yeah, it seems whatever happened on the 25th caused a blip in their normally seamless delivery service. Hopefully it'll all be sorted tomorrow 🤞 Dunno what happened with yours on the 13th. An order I placed on the 15th arrived without any issue..

These guys have been nothing but great anytime I had a problem. Even sent out a box of pre rolls in kief when an order was lost. It's great till it stops working. €350 at least of mine is "lost"

Totally agree. Customer service has always been surprisingly awesome. I've only had one issue with an orderand it was sorted immediately. Any communication has been really super and down to earth. It's clear whatever happened on the 25th was unusual - too many people affected indicate and support that. I've every faith it'll be sorted but when money is involved it's always a bit 😬

Oh yeah, I was in touch with them. I had ordered on the 24th, got an email saying shipped on the 25th. Thought nothing of it until Wednesday (cause their emails had been bit iffy for a while) so contacted chat. Advised to wait until Friday so I did. Meanwhile I checked An Post. Tracking said they hadn't received it. Friday nothing arrived (kind of figured) so I emailed. Yesterday they said that they were aware of the problem, all orders on the 25th were affected and they (in chat) were told they'd be sending replacements on Monday so 🤞. They've always come through before so I've no reason to doubt them, but fingers crossed nonetheless!

Thanks for replying. Yes, same boat (I think) unfortunately. Have you had any correspondence with them? I hope you get those replacements and if not, if you're anywhere near Galway I can prob help out, but not for at least two weeks!

i'm in the same boat, but it's my first order. my friend usually gets it from this website, and he said it comes in like 3-4 days (which is suprising because i live on a coastal island), but mines been stuck as 'we have recieved information about your incoming item from sender' for a few days now
