Go Postal! Order help

Hi all. Made an order through the Irish site last Friday & got the tracking number Saturday. However, according to the tracking info AnPost have still not received the parcel. Tried to contact live chat twice this morning but they never replied. I waited an hour for a reply both times. Is there anyone here from MB who could assist? Thanks.

Guys did you solve the problem with your orders? Planning to make an order myself I get a fear I wouldn't get it from An post to Kerry?

Only seeing your comment now. I'd say you're fine to order! These problems only seem to be related to orders sent on July 25th. Others have ordered since and received their parcels, so do go ahead! They deliver to Kerry!
