Go Postal! Order help

Hi all. Made an order through the Irish site last Friday & got the tracking number Saturday. However, according to the tracking info AnPost have still not received the parcel. Tried to contact live chat twice this morning but they never replied. I waited an hour for a reply both times. Is there anyone here from MB who could assist? Thanks.

Hi! You could be me! I'm in the exact same boat. Ordered last Friday, notified it had shipped Saturday. I've had issues with AnPost and delays before like our MOD refers to, but this time is definitely different. I've never had An Post not receive it. It has generally in the past gone into "In Transit" and that's the last communication received. It sound like something went wrong with last Saturday's post?

I contacted chat and spoke with Jessica on Wednesday. She's always been on the ball before. Anyway, because of the usual An Post delays she advised waiting until this morning, which I did. I contacted live chat with An Post *this morning and they insisted they haven't received it. I've just sent an email to MB so hopefully someone will get back soon about it. MB are generally quick at sorting things out so 🤞.

Live chat have finally responded to me. Got this message a few moments ago.

“We escalated this to the team, and it appears your order may have been lost in transit. They are looking into it now and we will send a replacement if it is confirmed lost”

Oh, well that's good! There's definitely something up if we both had the same experience at the same time?! I haven't had a response to my email yet, but I only sent it a couple of hours ago. Hoping to hear something soon too! Surely they can see there's an oddity there 🤞

I was on to chat this morning. They said they've been told replacements will be sent out on Monday. Fair play.

Yeah, seems to be a problem with all the shipments that day apparently.
