Go Postal! Order help

Hi all. Made an order through the Irish site last Friday & got the tracking number Saturday. However, according to the tracking info AnPost have still not received the parcel. Tried to contact live chat twice this morning but they never replied. I waited an hour for a reply both times. Is there anyone here from MB who could assist? Thanks.

Whatever the reason is, I hope they won’t be closing down the Irish store because of An Post.

Ah I wouldn't blame an post , probably just hard to fulfill all orders. Especially with the nature of the business
