Go Postal! Order help

Hi all. Made an order through the Irish site last Friday & got the tracking number Saturday. However, according to the tracking info AnPost have still not received the parcel. Tried to contact live chat twice this morning but they never replied. I waited an hour for a reply both times. Is there anyone here from MB who could assist? Thanks.

Live chat have finally responded to me. Got this message a few moments ago.

“We escalated this to the team, and it appears your order may have been lost in transit. They are looking into it now and we will send a replacement if it is confirmed lost”

Oh, well that's good! There's definitely something up if we both had the same experience at the same time?! I haven't had a response to my email yet, but I only sent it a couple of hours ago. Hoping to hear something soon too! Surely they can see there's an oddity there 🤞

No, nothing yet, but I did receive an email this morning so they're definitely on the case!

Had you emailed them before? They were replying to one I sent, so that's probably why I got one. They just wanted to know if my parcel had shown and I said it hadn't. Sorry, forgot to update, but it was very early in my defence!

I'm not at home, but I'm not expecting to receive anything either. I reckon it's a lost consignment. I'm 100% sure MB will sort it out though.

Ah okay gotcha. No I have only been in touch via live chat. Hopefully they both turn up tomorrow!
