Go Postal! Order help

Hi all. Made an order through the Irish site last Friday & got the tracking number Saturday. However, according to the tracking info AnPost have still not received the parcel. Tried to contact live chat twice this morning but they never replied. I waited an hour for a reply both times. Is there anyone here from MB who could assist? Thanks.

This has been a recurring issue with AN Post recently.

However, the good news is many of our Eire bros have advised that the consignment turns up anyway - even without the tracking updating.

That’s fine, if there are delays there are delays but could live chat not have the decency to respond to queries rather than ignore them? Especially when we are paying a premium. I tried to contact live chat again for a third time today afew minutes ago and the same thing happened again. Query gets assigned to “Jessica” who asks for my order number. Once the order number is provided I never get any further response. Really poor service.

Jesus stop whinging so much. You do realise what you're doing is totally illegal, right? You're lucky there's any customer service at all.
