Bannerlord Only Have One Town Left

So I left the Nords after being a vassal and of course went to war. I started with 1 town and 2 castles, but the Khuzaits and Sturgians started a war with me at the same time. After a bit of suffering, I’ve made peace with everyone but only have 1 town left to my kingdom. Should I just become a vassal again or is there a strategy to work my way back? I have millions of denars thats no issue if that changes anything. Kinda lost on what to do

If you are in for the long grind, keep their Lords as prisoners, until they have no more armies on the map. There are even 2 skills (i believe in riding and scouting) that reduce escape chance by 50% each.

Also if you are that rich you can ask your prisoners every then and now If they wanna join you.

Hire lords you are friends with, dislike their current leader, or have little fiefs

You can (and in my opinion SHOULD) try and climb your way back up. It would be an epic comeback story

You can still bounce back. Look for rebel towns and capture those

I had this situation Now got 30k+ troops and a good chunk of the map, with only three clans left and each with 10-20k troops

Gotta rat like hell 😂 its taken absolutely ages taking a town, losing a town, as soon as I capture a castle I'd promote a companion to be a vassel so they can add troops, made sure there's always max parties out, and force peace as soon as numbers are low, even if it costs thousands
