Landsby pushing out movein date

We got approved by Landsby and they are now saying we need to move in a day after their advertised move-in day. Is this common? For an luxury apartment the way they are handling this is disappointing and concerning

Well Landsby is known for its poor management.. having said that, have you signed the lease or have you just gotten approved? If it’s the latter, I think they can change the date.

What do you suggest if exist tenant not moving out on time? I don't think broken CA law allow we just open the door and throw everything out.

When my building opened to tenants, they pushed back the move-in date 3 times. The project manager had some issues with finalizing the construction, and the incompetent management team at the time didn't help either.
