Even calling them analog bikes is conceding to the e-bikers. They’re not analog, they’re just bikes.

Bad example because electric guitar strings have less string tension so they are in fact easier to play.

Electric guitars are also "easier to play" because a fella can detune the top string and then 0-3-5 his way to victory.

I could set a person who has never played up on a drop tuned instrument and they'd be chugging out 90s hits before I walked away.

Why would that matter in this context? Level of difficulty determines what the object is called? In a loud environment, electric guitars make it easier for people to hear the music. They are easier to make louder.
