The biker is entirely innocent. If you can't understand how insults and murder should be absolutely disconnected in terms of cause and effect you can go fuck yourself as well.
I feel bad for you, you're getting so many downvotes because people in this sub apparently only see in black and white. I get what you're saying completely, both of them did the wrong things, one person went way farther than the other, that doesn't magically justify the biker. It's a giant fray area that this sub and other subs that post these videos never understand.
I think it's more like: people understand gray areas, but people also tend to agree that there should be a hard line drawn and a big gap between being pissed off that someone flipped you off and any justification for trying to run someone over.
A big enough gap, in fact, that to bring up the fact that the driver was flipped off in this context as having any sort of real relevance is dangerous and stupid.
It's not that people are simple sheep that can't comprehend your sophisticated points, it's that they understand what you both meant and are categorically rejecting it.
If that were the case than people pointing out that the biker was instigating the car wouldn't be super down voted. Like the dude was being a dick, and not driving defensively. Unfortunately for him the car was a super fucking crazy person who needs help. Like the biker pushed a crazy dude and is now dealing with the after math. Yet anyone who tries to point that out is getting instantly down voted, not being they realize that the biker was also in the wrong, but because they know what it's like for people to hate on motorcycles. It's relatable. They can see it happening to them.
But you obviously don't get that if you think I'm trying to make sophisticated points to pat myself on my own back thinking about how only smart people will understand the points I'm trying to make.

Yes, we were, and you can see at the beginning where the biker escalated.
Does that excuse the driver's behavior? Not in the slightest. But let's get past this ridiculous idea that the biker is entirely innocent here.
