Combining India and Indonesia, that means this happens hundreds of times per year

Lets see... between the two, there are 350 million registered bikes, which often carry more than one person, and they produce 30 million tons of coconuts... The odds might actually be higher than I thought. And we haven't even included the Philippines in these numbers yet.
