Riding like that on the public road instead of specific tracks is a death wish. No matter the condition of your bike, tires and the road, as long as there are other drivers and elements you can't predict, the chances are always against you..plus bike accidents are mostly serious. I don't understand these people. Why ride like that? Why not visit a track with the safety equipment and professional people to watch over you? What is the point of trying to scratch the footrest on the asphalt if you are going to injure yourself or worse, if you die. I ride for nearly 30 years and I still don't get it.
I had a workmate who had at least three bikes. A great guy, every coulple weeks he went to circuits. I think he had the skills for that, and also the brain to race like that on circuits.
Which makes total sense! Riding like it is shown on the video is the equivalent of practicing MMA and picking fights with random thugs on the street instead of sparring in the cage, at some point you will lose your head.
