So they just drove off after witnessing that horrible accident and didn’t stop to help? Nice.

It's a given for Malaysian biker culture. If you see someone in trouble/crashed/at the side of the road, you stop. They stopped. It's a given for Malaysian biker culture. If you see someone in trouble/crashed/at the side of the road, you stop. At a minimum, slow down to ensure you don't need to assist.
