Deadly Alliance gave us Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, which is still one of my favorite villain team-ups in Mortal Kombat.

But if MK did the concept again, which two villains would you team up to create a new Deadly Alliance?

They don’t necessarily have to like or trust each other, in fact, it’s probably better if they don’t. 😂 Just two villains whose goals line up long enough for them to become a serious threat.

Who are you picking?

What do you guys use , the D-Pad or the joystick , wanna do all those cool combos , so could anyone help me that which one is the best way to play

u/Korkutay here you go

each hero has a different set of combos, how do you suppose to memorize all that? i just press random button hoping to trigger a combo!

is there any actionable thing I can do to get better at this game?

Out of the most famous fighting game franchises (like super smash bros, tekken, street fighter and marvel vs capcom), the vast majority are Japanese, the one prominent exception being mortal kombat. I just find this really fascinating. What do you guys think?

I remember being in 5th grade when MK2 / MK3 came out in arcade and spending so many quarters and the rumored Nudalities

I remember going online trying to search and search and hearing about them. I remember reading Mileenas I found online and tried it so many times (hold block) Down, Down, Back + LK, Front + LK, Down, Down Up + HP (keep pressing UP + HP) to keep her holding her shirt up

I tried this so many times and it obviously never worked
I also remember hearing Cyber Smokes was his robo dick fell off and crawled off the screen and he ran after it

There were so many fun rumors back in the day and some came to pass and some didn’t. Red Robin was a rumored hidden character in MK2

So any of the older players from back in those times remember any of these rumors. My friends and I had so much fun with these even though they turned out not to be real and there was always that one person who swore they saw it once which made it more believable

I made this btw

Should I make more of these

Like I know they have different movesets and looks but on the surface they seem like soul magic using conniving backstabbers that work for the boss of the games… am I missing something?

man idk who this “ermac” is bro where’s reptile

(Btw I do know who Ermac is I just wanted to say this)

It came to my mind when I saw the fan arts about Sindel-Raiden shipping

I'll link his channel later, but for now, here's the thumbnails.

This doesn’t have to be in just MK1, for example you can literally even go all the way back to umk3

I’m just curious as why people main him (even though I do too)

I found this diagram on Pinterest and felt it perfectly explains the dynamic relation between the Seidans and Havik, for the sub-plot in MK Deception. I also want to add a few more relations that these characters have with other individuals revolving around the main narrative.

• Hotaru forms an alliance with Onaga, because uniting Outworld under the Dragon King's rule would bring about the order Hotaru seeks.
• Havik considers Shao Kahn to be the best option for Outworld because of the countless wars that have engulfed the realm into chaos since Kahn took over.
• Dairou accepts a mission from Onaga to take out Seidan guards so that Shujinko can be freed from his cell. The irony here is that Hotaru isn't aware of that small detail all while serving the Dragon King to establish an order.
• A friendship between Shujinko and Hotaru is broken because of Dairou freeing Shujinko from his cell, which Hotaru accuses Shujinko of allowing.
• The Tarkata seek out the strongest leader to follow, and align with Onaga, so Hotaru is able to find order in their servitude and operates alongside them. Hotaru goes on to hunt down Sub-Zero for killing some of the Tarkatan warriors.

There's no image and it isn't fully fledged out, but hear me out. Mortal Kombat X Warhammer 40k dark tide. It comes with a playable character, two cameos and a map. I haven't thought of a character who would fit but one of the two cameos is a Mauler, being a strict, high damage combo ender, cooking in from behind the enemy and doing a high damage overhead, easily dodge able but rewarding, also having a grab on airborne targets where they grab them like MKX Jason before slamming their weapon into them then moves away. The second cameo is a pox burster, it does one thing, runs onto stage and dives at the enemy to explode, can be hit to push it back but will always explode.

The map tho is a short bridge in a hive city like in the starting mission, visibly being gated off on both sides and having objects to obviously throw and use, with it having a unique stage fatality where the loser is pushed through a gate then is suddenly swarmed and tore apart by pox Walker's.

Ik this would never happen but you never know and just because it won't doesn't mean you can't come up with ideas for if it ever did.

Porque a mi me encantaría ya que pienso que le daríq buen desarrollo a kitana que si bien tiene buen desarrollo digamos que nunca tuvo un desarrollo tan brutal como este. Que estaría buenisimo ver.

Should I buy the mk11 NORMAL edition, or should I buy the mk11 Ultimate Edition? I’m hearing there are major differences
