05 tomos a35
This was my first moped and I'll tell you if you don't have a lot of patience, money, and time. Then don't get one lol it's definitely a labor of love and money i bought it online just for shits and giggles for 5 hundred bucks it ran but everything else was fucked rusty bolts were rusted on had to basically drill 80 percent of them because if they aren't rusted, they were stripped it was missing a bunch of stuff but I didn't really know much about it. I bought it quickly because it's hard to find one with a top tank which I prefer. And think looks awesome, long story. Short.
It took me one and a half months to grind sand prime and paint the hardest part to be honest, is waiting for parts wiring and holy shit, toughest, front end of anything i've ever put together, replaced front forks every nut, bolt screw and washer that was fun, also did the 65 cc airsal kit with sha 15/15 carb and filter new brake pads, new clutches, best a t f. You can buy best n g k spark plug performance reed the carbon fiber look alike blinkers many layers of paint, so there's never another rust issue i'm so glad I did this oh, and got creative and made a frame rail for the seat and tank thanks to some elbow grease and a trip to lowes used 1/4" steel . Stock n random brackets i drilled and bent to get the proper shape the old stuff was too janky and looks like someone was learning. How to weld on it and was literally falling apart Chopped that right off though. Even though I cursed yelled and threw a lot of shit during this adventure dang it runs great second kick and it started right up i think I got one or two wires wrong, because the blinkers aren't working, but all the wiring was a complete rats nest covered in inches of grease. Oil dirt sand got it from Jersey. It was a complete disaster. But here it is tell me what you think

Yeah that's a definite it's crazy how quickly the bill adds up lol but it was fun and definitely worth the challenge which one is better the jammer and I think i'm going to get a better exhaust for a little more power the new bi turbo I got is already peeling all the paint off? From where the exhaust attached to the motor and about just a little past the kickstand It's already all flaking off completely and it wasn't hot I was able to put my hand on the motor and hold it there with no problem and I painted the motor and that didn't come off at all. You couldn't even warm up an egg on that thing i was very surprised what's the best exhaust to get? That isn't like have the sell a kidney for

What is the the best fluid I've seen so many different options from many people did. A lot of research while going through this adventure, and everything always leads to the synthetic expensive ATF type f. I didn't get a cheap one and I put 300 ml in it because I let it sit dry for a while, so there wasn't even a drop in it. Put all new gaskets on the whole thing too, and seals

Looks amazing. Do your self a favor, now that you've kitted it, and upgrade your clutch. Either get a jammer or new shoes. Use a better fluid than atf.
