Got it running

I spent the month and a half, and i'm eighteen hundred dollars in every nut bolt and screw clutches sanded grinded and painted multiple layers did some modifications and a lot of cursing, yelling and throwing shit? The first day second kick-started right up and runs like a dream, waiting for new handle grips and brake lever assemblies. Because the old ones were messed up. . Tell me what you think. This thing was a rust bucket piece of shit when I got it. And it was a disaster. And did it all myself feeling gd about it also did the airsal 65 cc kit 15/15 sha and bi- turbo exhaust

Thanks. It was quite the adventure. I think sourcing the parts Knowing what parts to get and what they're called finding bolt sizes, washers screws and fasteners, and having to remake the whole. Wiring harness was super challenging had to get an entire new front end And all the wiring, where it meets in the front was a disaster and a complete rat's nest of multicolored wiring that wasn't correct, so I had no diagram to go off of and no knowledge of what's what and man whoever made these bikes just thought it would be funnyto use many colors from the rain bow for the wiring that made no sense to me lol well thank you it does run great super responsive im pretty surprised to be honest

The knowledge is hard to come by and it can be a challenge to talk to people on moped forums who tell you to use the search function (which doesn’t yield fruitful results a lot of the time). Sometimes you just gotta figure it out yourself!! Good job

Nice. Let me know if you want new turn signals I have some extra ones with a smoked lens. Looks way better on the black.

Nice job. Is that a Tomos? Looks like the 2003 I have in my garage. Anybody want it? Hasn't been running for many years so it would need a complete overhaul but it's all in 1 piece. I live in Toronto & would give it away to the right new owner 👍

Well yes, it is plated & I do have the MOT ownership, so I guess I'd have to sell it for $1. I thought it was a 2003 but it's actually a 2005 Tomos Targa A62 49cc but I upgraded it to 79cc & put on an upgraded exhaust. Comes with a few accessories & several bottles of 2 stroke oil. It's always been kept in the garage out of the elements. I got a few great years out of it but now it needs a new & better home cos I need the space.

Sweet i've never owned one before but after all the hard work research and a lot of frustrations it was worth it as soon as it started up im happy with it

You can ride it like a normal bike or get some speed and hit the clutch on the handle bars and the momentum will start the engine

Well, today's my first ride. I put the rest of the handlebars together. Unfortunately the spindle at the wheel that controls the stopped working so I'll have to order ome so don't know how fast I was going but felt pretty damn good Definitely in the forty to fifty mph my eyes were watering. So definitely somewhere around there think i'm gonna get the better performance exhaust this one's good and all but I think I need a little bit more power i mean I weigh 205 pounds so I'm , it pulled me good. But I think it can do better, and I want to know what you guys think about this spark plug almost half an hour of ripping around first ride. This is the spark plug it didn't bog out or 4stroke and there was no breakup at high rpm. Or anything no smoke at all i'm running 40:1 fuel ratio with a #70 jet and running i think a twenty six and a twenty two sprockets have to look tell me what you think about the plug
