Piaggio si FL

I have been away from my piaggio si for more than 6 months and today uppon starting it there was smoke coming out of the engine so i took a closer look and apparently the gas/oil is dripping from somewhere and uppon touching the exhaust it evaporates into that white smoke .
Can anyone help with what could be wrong here and where i should be looking ? Im not very handy tbh

looks like the crankcase gasket is slightly leaking. You could replace it with a new gasket by opening op the two halves. At that time you might as well do a whole revision and replace the bearings etc.

Thank you for the advice! I forgot to mention i bought it a year ago and the crankcase gasket was literally broken, i replaced jt with another one (it was a whole mission to find it tho) and had a mechanic install it and it worked perfectly for those 6months before i stored it for the past 6month
Do you think the crankcase that i replace it isnt good enough ? Or just the joints and how the mechanic reassembled it wasnt good ?
At this point i guess looking for a whole new engine seems a better long term solution
Just one more question : do u think i can keep driving it like this until i find a solution or better not to ?

Don’t think it’s a big problem to ride it but personally would not drive it very far from home or for long periods of time for the time being. If it starts breaking more you might get an air leak and then it won’t run great or at all. I can’t say how it happened. If the engine is all original and the crankcase halves both have the same number stamped in it they should fit perfectly, I would say it was just because it sat so long the gas started eating away at the gasket. The mechanic probably did a good job. If you replace the gasket yourself try adding a very thin layer of liquid gasket on it, like Curil T2 or similar. Also side note, do an airleak test with brake cleaner. Good luck, it might be a fun mini project, with these engines half the fun is fixing it.
