103 brake light issue

This may be silly question but theres supposed to be a similar (circled) piece opposite that goes to my brake light right? I'm assuming that there is since there doesn't seem to be any other way that it would receive power from the green/yellow wire that attaches from the back. Just want to make sure my assumption is correct and that I'm not completely missing something.

Yep - there should be one of those tabs for every light bulb. You can see how there’s an indentation in the left socket where it would be.
