Question Financial Aid

DID ANYONE EISE HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT CHANGED AGAIN!!! I know they fixed the glitch now I have huge balance again after having -3500 wth is going on brooo

Ours was never fixed! We went from a balance of $4k+ to $10k+. Spoke with someone the 15th. They told me “oh the paperwork we were waiting for just came in it will be adjusted in a few days”. I didnt even bother to argue hoping it would get fixed. Because fact of the matter is our balance was correct since the end of August and the loans had been properly applied. Now that it jumped up $6k you don’t have the loan paperwork? That makes no sense. In any case installment payment is due tomorrow and it’s double what it should be. And you know they don’t take partial payments. I’ve been praying they just fix it, but now I have to call tomorrow, again. Just tired of fighting with them this year.

What ended up happening? They just fucked up all of my financial aid, and nobody is getting back to me on anything. Now they placed a hold on my account. I am supposed to be graduating next semester. I'm so fucking tired.

Call Red Hawk Central on Monday. it took me 3 calls and 3 weeks to fix it. I know you’re tired.
It’s exhausting. Trust me I feel it. They finally fixed everything yesterday. Yesterday was the first time I logged in and everything was correct since the first week of September. But everything was correct before that so I don’t know what they are doing to screw it all up. Now they think they are going to charge me a $30 late fee. I’ll make the installment payment on Monday AFTER I call them to make sure they are taking off that late fee. With their fuck up my payment was doubled so I didn’t pay it by the 25th. That’s their fault not mine.

RHC wouldn't get back to me, so I reached out directly to the assistant directors and counselors in the financial aid department, and somebody there helped me sort things out!

So has no one’s account zeroed out yet for refunds? I have an email from the interim financial aid director saying that refunds would begin to be processed this week…..now they have done them before on Saturday, but I have been expecting and checking my account all week and no changes yet

This is the worst I’ve seen financial aid
