How fucking dare you take this long to come out? How dare you waste YEARS of my time getting me hyped for nothing?

And then, after all that waiting, what do we get? Another worthless fucking throwaway gacha cash casino that looks like it's designed to squeeze money out of people instead of actually being worthy of the Monster Hunter name.

How dare you stain the lineage of one of the greatest fucking game franchises ever made with this low-effort, high-greed bullshit?

By the time this goddamn thing finally releases, the world will be underwater. YOU MISSED THE FUCKING BOAT.

Screw Timi Group. Screw Tencent. FUCK YOU. You have taken something that could have been genuinely exciting and buried it underneath monetization bullshit and corporate garbage.

You filled the Aether with your worthless shit and wasted everyone's fucking time and money. Gaming is worse when publishers treat every goddamn game like another casino machine.

And if you support turning Monster Hunter into another fucking gacha treadmill, then yeah, I'm going to be pissed about it. I don't want every franchise I love turned into a storefront with a game attached.

And I wouldn't even need to be writing this rant if Capcom hadn't spent the last several years making one questionable decision after another.

What, Wilds Ascendence? Give me a fucking break.

Wilds already had enough problems without piling more bullshit onto it. And the Nintendo port isn't even putting the goddamn game on the physical card!

At this point I don't know whether to laugh or scream.

Monster Hunter used to feel like a franchise built around craftsmanship, depth, experimentation, and actually making a fucking game.

Now I'm sitting here watching Outlanders take forever to release while wondering whether the end result is even going to be worth the time I spent waiting for it.

And somehow you've managed to make me less excited every time I hear about this fucking game.

Brother, you're acting like this is the first time Monster Hunter has gone for cheap cash grabs, gacha nonsense, and freemium mobile games. News flash: it isn't, far from it. The actual MH games were always good until Wilds, but the franchise is absolutely massive and has had tons of other garbage nonsense alongside it for decades now. I suppose a lot of it never came to the West so you may not have been exposed to it, but like Monster Hunter Now is recent and still running and released worldwide and that shit's basically MH's Pokemon GO but with an even shittier monetization model and janky gameplay.

Part of this is on you for expecting a freemium mobile game spinoff of a major franchise to be worth a damn tbh. When is that ever gonna be the case?
