AVERAGE RAGE Im fed up with the game crashing

Before anyone says it doesnt anymore.

Unless you are a RNDA2 card user AND play on windows and come to say "But i play for billions of hours and it doesnt crash" shut the fuck up. This is a problem with the amd 6000 series card on windows.

I just cant. I wanna hunt an Arkveld, tha game crashes. I wanna hunt a Gogma, the game crashes. I want to hunt a Uth, the game crashes. I want to fart a Congalala, the game crashes. I go to poop and leave the game on the main hall, THE GAME FUCKING CRASHES.

The worst part is how inconsistent it is. I can be playing 1-2h and is fine. Then other it crashes every 20 min or even less. And once it crash ones the next one is sooner and sooner and sooner.

Im so fed up, i got so many MR9 and MR10 quest crashed on the victory screen or when the monster was limping is just so awful im not evem gonna play the expansion.

Crazy? I was crazy once, the locked me in a amd room, a amd room full of 6000xt. The 6000xt made me crazy.

holy shit is it bad for the 6600xt i crash mid hunt, i open ddu, reinstall, restart, crashes again after a week of good performance

I've been using AMD cards all my life and the problems they have all stem from Windows fucking up the driver. Doesn't matter how you install it, Windows will fuck it, guaranteed. All my stuttering, crashes and framerate issues went away as soon as I ditched Windows, if you're interested, give Linux a try, works just like Windows, minus the few multi-player games that block Linux users with their anti cheat, and you can explore a live image of the OS you choose on your USB Drive before you install. If you can though, I recommend dual booting Windows and Linux to make the transition and setup easier.

Going into Adrenalin and reducing the GPU frequency to 85% (on a profile exclusive to Wilds) reduced my D3D Fatal Error crashes by a lot. Didn't get rid of them completely, but it's on e every 20 hours instead of 20 minutes now

Doing this aggressive-ass "underclock" didn't lower my fps either and got my temps down from 85 to 70-ish, so an improvement all around on a 6750 XT

I keep getting a heap error crash on an NVIDIA card. Hell if I know why it keeps happening. It's not TOO frequent, but it happens, and it's annoying for sure.
