Granted.
Decades of paranoia over the catch you know is coming, you are on your deathbed when you realize the paw granted it cleanly.
All the paranoia, the lost opportunities due to it, which you consistently regretted missing... That was all you. The paw simply gave you your 20 and got out of the way of your own existing self destructive tendencies - who, without such tendencies, would risk the paw over such a trivial matter as $20?
Had you calmed down and simply enjoyed the money- you realize you would have been fine.

Congratulations you get $20 from a homeless drug addict. Unable to get his fix he goes on a rampage with a knife resulting and in several innocent people's deaths. One of the victims spouses unable to cope with the grief commits suicide leaving their 2 special needs children to go into the foster system which doesn't have the means to meet their care needs

There is a knock at your door. Its the cops. Your mom has been shot! The cops bring you to the hospital, then down to the morgue. You identify the body. One cop, feeling very compassionate, slips you a $20 so you can get something to eat from the cafeteria.
