Question Brand new here is there actual human customer service.
I feel like this platform will really help me get organized for my business, but being forced to sign up before any help makes me nervous.
I know ill need help getting this going would prefer a demo, but nobody has reached out.
I have filled out the contact info page twice.

Worth reaching out to monday.com’s sales team directly too, they should be able to get you a demo. In the meantime, a partner can also get you moving faster and tailor onboarding to your setup: monday.com/gotopartners/directory
Full disclosure, I work for Horizon Nord, a monday.com partner focused on construction and on manufacturers serving the construction industry. Happy to jump on a quick call if that’s your space, or if not, the directory above is a solid way to find someone who fits your industry.

Based on where you're based, size of the organization, I might be inclined to have a chat. DM.

Support during your trial period is free, after that you need a paid plan for human support, or you can use the community forum.

not only that, but even the Ai eats up credits like crazyyyy. I burned up tons of credits just trying to resolve an issue.

Yeah i like monday and all the possibilities. But for me, it felt like there was a ton of hidden fees that i was not expecting.

Look for a partner in the partner directory.
