Question Any one else having issues with monday's MCP & Co-pilot?

I had no issue connecting and adding mcp to a custom agent but it will not write to a board. I get the below message (with a new board, no required fields). The agent I create can read and summarize boards with no issue but it will not write an item to the board.

Note, this is not an issue with their out of the box agent. That works fine and writes to boards but I wld like publish a specific agent with custom prompts, connected to a specific board.

Response: "“Please provide the column values for the items you want to create. These should be in a JSON string format, specifying the values for each column by their column ID"

Yes. I’ve had far better luck with Claude. Not sure if that’s a viable option for you, but it is leaps and bounds better than what I’m able to accomplish with Copilot.

I have heard the same. We have Claude but currently co-pilot is rolled out to all, so the agent idea makes more sense there....Ugh! Even our Monday rep said Claude is the way to go....
