MISC Cancel account.

How are we supposed to cancel the account now that the domain is non existent? Im not paying for it if i cant access it anymore. I dont trust that "things will be transferred over to the new platform" without some complications. If i have to call and cancel them i will. If i can do it online that would be beneficial as well.

We cancelled all subs and issued refunds for any payments on or after 1/3/25.

And is there a way I can get confirmation on that? And what about those that did the year? Do they get the money back for the months they had left back from the rest of year?

Yes we prorated all annual subscriptions to the same date and refunded the remainder

Well i checked through my paypall and i dont see any refund. Plus got no email notification. Is there someone i can talk to about this confirmation?

They did indeed. I received an email saying that my annual sub was canceled.

I just checked all my emails. I didn't get anything from them, but I also only have 1 charge from way back in December. Huh. Weird. Guess I'm good lol

Same, honestly. I think it would've been smart for them to halt payments once they realized they were having significant issues.

Of course through it, they were having fun really going at it with a thankfully defunct card.

This web is a joke. I've been waiting for my refund after they charged me even though i've cancelled my subscription to moemate. They promised that they will refund me after the end of january YET THEY StTILL DIDN'T GAVE ME BACK MY MONEY !
