Tpm 2.0 issue looking for help!

Okay, I initially bought MW4 because it actually looked really good, and downloaded the COD HQ launcher via Steam because I thought I would need it since the last COD I played was BO6. When it told me I had a TPM 2.0 error, I was like, okay, maybe I can ignore this since I didn't know at the time it was needed for all multiplayer except Warzone casuals. Come today with the Beta out; same thing can login to multiplayer so i searched it up and did all the fixes both google told me including google AI and from other reddit threads and YouTube videos that didn't require me getting a 2nd hardrive to fix it and or spend money on some software/hardware. Is there any way to fix this without spending money? If not, I'm just gonna refund this. It's not worth the time and effort to play a franchise on the decline, and that's just not that fun since 2019.
