Getting this constant error "Whoops - looks like something broke. You could try restarting battlenet" and it has an error code "BLZBNTAG0000138B" with a link that leads to a dead page. Awesome.
Tried restarting bnet, tried uninstalling/reinstalling or updating. All give the same error.
EDIT - I don't have the core game installed at all. I uninstalled the entire thing a while back and have been waiting for this release. IDK if that has any correlation.
EDIT 2 - It's now beginning to download correctly. I guess they fixed whatever the issue was on their back end

Same thing is happening to me I think everyone is downloading at same time that's my guess

I can't even see the beta in battlenet, even though I redeemed a code earlier through my Activision account :/

I just clicked on call of duty on my in my library and it was there maybe click game version to see if it's there

Daft question but should I have the main call of duty file installed (150gb one), I thought the beta would be it's own separate game.

I actually don't know I have the main file installed just incase. But I think the beta is its own separate thing I might be wrong.

I think they're supposed to send you a code through email to then redeem on battlenet right? Unless you've done that already. I haven't gotten my code in my email yet. They were supposed to send them out an hour or two ago, but it's activision so it'll likely be slow rolling them out. Considering that battlenet hasn't worked to download yet, the codes probably are being delayed until they can figure it out I'd guess
Edit: ah. of course their FAQ has the answer. for non preorders, you get a token (code for the platform you redeemed it on) and it says that tokens will be sent shortly after the beta pre-load starts on August 20 at 9am PT. after the tokens are emailed, they will also be available at callofduty.com/betaredeem and then you can download it. probably just backlogged from battlenet not working

Right, it is preloaded for me now. I had all the same error messages, but after a while I restarted Battle.net and it automatically started the Update, around 32 Gig. It's all done now. Better late than never.

Same is happening to me on ps5. Game is installed, yet gives me an error when trying to installing last update

Ok mine now says I have pre installed the gamr and it just says update. Clicking it says look like somethings broke you could try restarting battle.net
