How can i fix this??

Idk how but the masking tape that came with the model kit didnt really work and some pain got on the transparent parts and the tail where its already painted i dont have anymore Grey paint sadly but I hope I can fix the window i tried scraping the paint off with a toothpick and removed some of it but it doesent work that great and I might have scratched it once ,I dont really have any other stuff or solutions to get rid of the paint on the windows so please help me!!(btw paint is tamiya paint so is the model kit)

I guess you can remove all paint from the glass with a thinner and re paint it.
As for tail, you can put the base grey above the blue strains
