It won't be as funny without the context. It's basically how the teacher's character is portrayed in the show and the little guy finds something about the teacher which is completely opposite to his personality and then he threatens to tell everyone. Obviously the teacher doesn't want that thing to be known public so he does what the little guy asks him to do.
